We collect information needed to prepare your most accurate tax return such as: name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, social security numbers, occupation, financial information (such as income, deductions and expenses). Additional information may be collected when we communicate through telephone conversations, email etc. 

We exercise considerable care in securing your information.  We maintain administration, technical and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of your personal information from unauthorized access.

At Midtown Tax Preparation, under no circumstances do we sell nor share your information with any third parties or affiliates.  

You can request to have your personal information deleted, but please note that in many situations we would be required to keep your information to comply with our legal obligations.
